Since its founding, ROEQ has experienced tremendous growth. The company headquarters are in Vissenbjerg, Denmark and we support more than 80 distributors in nearly 40 countries.

Position Overview

Are you passionate about forming customer relationships, yielding world class service and support as well as working with sales and marketing related tasks? And are you looking to make a difference? Then you may be the one ROEQ is looking for. A Sales & Marketing Support is needed for an exciting job position in our headquarter in Denmark. As part of the sales team, you will refer to the Head of Marketing and Sales Support. Your main responsibilities are to offer a high standard of sales support & marketing service to our stakeholders as well as assistance to our commercial team.

The final candidate will be a proactive, structured, professional who thrives in a challenging, entrepreneurial, dynamic, and hectic work environment. In addition, it is expected that this individual will have the drive and energy to support the sales team effectively. This individual will be responsible for the sales order process, shipping tasks and other sales support to both our global partners, and the internal team, along with ad hoc marketing activities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Administration work
o Process orders and claims
o Liaise with shipping suppliers
o Handling shipping quotes
o Set up customer accounts
o Apply credit insurances
o Handling sales enquiries
o Update/maintain the sales database

Office main line

Sales Support
o Maintain Partner Portal
o Support onboarding of partners
o Support to the salespeople
o Support customer visits to headquarter o Assist with sales and marketing activities o Generate reports for sales team

Marketing Support
o Assist with marketing activities – digital and other
o Maintenance of company website and portal
o Coordinate and assist at exhibitions/ events
o Some translation and proof-reading task

Qualifications
You have min. 3 years’ experience in similar role handling sales and marketing related tasks and thrive in a dynamic and hectic environment. You are proficient in English and an additional language proficiency would be an advantage. We expect that you to have excellent computer skills. Business level proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required. Familiarity with an ERP/CRM system is beneficial and experience with shipping will be an advantage.
